Surin Beach is a tranquil location rarely disturbed by the hum of jet-skis and speed boats. At almost one kilometre long, the sloping beach is lined with tall fir trees, making it is a popular place for locals to bask in the cool shade.
Surin Beach has sun loungers for hire as well as a number of restaurants and souvenir shops to service the chilled out sunbathers. For some action, surfers have been known to test the waves here and snorkelling is possible during the high season at either end of the beach, but swimmers should be careful of the few rocks that are near the water's surface.
